产品运输、储存、装卸注意事项 The cautions of products about　diliver,strage,loading and unloading

A、球铁馆在装车时，伸出车体外部分不得超过球铁管长度四分之一。
　　B、在装卸的过程中要轻吊轻放，严禁在车上向地面抛卸。
　　C、球铁管在搬运和堆放过程中，严禁硬物及球铁管相互间的碰撞。
　　D、管架上每层球铁管应将承插口相间平放并用木块垫好，上下层管方向垂直。
　　E、存放球铁管的地面应平坦松软，硬地面应垫木块。

　　A.When loading,the length for out of the truck must be less one fourth of the total length .
　　B.Must gently when loading and unloading ,must not no throw on the floor.
　　C.wWhen Carring and stacking,must not conllide each other and with other hard objects .
　　D.Please carefully stack with block underlaying on shelf.closed layer put vertically each other .
　　E.The floor fourth storage should be soft and plane,should underlay with block on hard floor

连接部位的清理 The Clena of Joint Part

需要清理的部位：
The part should be cleaned :

    承口内部：
    特别是环形密封槽和定位槽清理净。
    In side of socket especially for the part of touching with rubber ring .

     橡胶密封圈：
    特别是定位圈部位清理净。
    Rubber sealing ring

     插口端：
    从倒角到标记线间距离清理净
    Spigot :
    Clean the end of spigot to mark line.

	按图方法握住橡胶密封圈。 Hold ring as left picture
	把橡胶密封圈放入承口内，将带有硬质固定缘的橡胶密封圈稳固地放入固定槽内并将橡胶圈压平， PUt ring into socket.
	另一种简易方法是将橡胶密封圈弯曲二点，即成形，放入固定槽和密封槽内，再依次按平两点凸起部位即可。注意：固定缘的内边，不能从固定槽中凸起。 Pick two points (of more for big size pipe)up,and then push them.

	再将密封槽滑脂涂抹在橡胶圈的表面 PUt lubricant paste on the surface of runbber ring fixed
